Smart Carrier
Platform
FINNCURE’s platform enables precise, receptor-targeted
delivery using funcionalized lipid particles engineered to bind to
specific cell types.
Proprietary Carrier
Technology
FINNCURE’s patented carrier platform combines receptor-specific targeting with therapeutic payload delivery, enabling selective delivery to target cells and tissues as well as receptor-level blocking at the cell surface.
Broad
Payload Compatibility
The platform supports payloads ranging from small molecules and biologics to epitopes and genetic medicines, enabling applications in targeted therapeutics, infectious diseases, and immunotherapy.
Flexible
Particle Design
The platform supports a wide range of receptor-specific targeting moieties, allowing carriers to be tailored for different cell types and tissues. Multiple targeting moieties can be displayed on each particle surface to strengthen receptor interactions. While current development is focused primarily on lipid nanoparticles, the technology is not limited to a single carrier material.
Rapid
Cellular Uptake
In preclinical studies, receptor-targeted particles demonstrated enhanced uptake in target cells around 30–60 minutes, depending on cell type.
Safety
& Tolerability
In repeated-dose preclinical studies, the particles demonstrated favorable tolerability with no acute toxicity, no significant inflammation in target tissue, and no changes in animal behavior or body weight following repeated administration.
Precision
Manufacturing
The manufacturing technology enables highly controlled production with exceptionally low particle size variation of only a few nanometers and scalable manufacturing capability enabling several grams of particle production of a single manufacturing unit. This supports strong batch-to-batch reproducibility, high yield, and precise control over particle characteristics.
Scientific
Validation
The technology has been evaluated through independent in vitro studies, preclinical research, and peer-reviewed publications, including studies published in Nano Letters.
In preclinical studies, particles reduced pseudoviral entry by up to 76% for up to 6 hours. Biodistribution studies showed selective localization to lung tissue with minimal off-target accumulation and particle degradation within 24 hours.
FINNCURE is currently preparing its first-in-human study with Evidenze, a leading clinical research organization.
